EA Services (Valley Air Experts) sends text messages about your service requests, appointment confirmations and reminders, and estimates.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Quotes and Pricing
- Quotes given online, by phone, or by text are estimates based on the information you provide.
- Final pricing is confirmed after on-site inspection, once the technician can assess the actual scope of work.
- Advertised promotional pricing applies to standard residential systems. Additional vents, units, or unusual conditions may increase the price.
- We will tell you the price before any additional work begins. You are never charged for work you did not approve.
Appointments and Cancellations
- Appointment windows are estimates. We will contact you if a technician is delayed.
- Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
- An adult over 18 must be present for the duration of the service.
- Please ensure clear access to the areas being serviced before the technician arrives.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice. Past-due balances may be subject to collection costs permitted by Arizona law.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the work performed, contact us within 7 days of service. We will return to address the issue at no additional charge where the concern relates to work we performed.
Communications
By providing your contact details, you agree that we may contact you about your service request by phone, email, or text message. Text messaging consent is optional and is described in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
